Contractor Access
Contractor access:
Building Management requires at minimum 24 hours’ notice for Tenant contractors who need access to the building’s common areas.
Tenant contractors will be provided with keys upon receipt of written instructions from the Tenant, completion of building inductions, submission of SWMS, insurance, and relevant industry certifications. Once authorised, personnel will be issued security passes, which must be clearly visible at all times.
Keys must be returned at the end of each day. Any costs associated with lost keys, lock replacements, or re-keying will be charged to the Tenant/Contractor.
Deliveries:
The loading dock is managed by the Security Team. Access to the loading dock for large deliveries must be scheduled in advance, with the time and procedure approved by Building Management. All deliveries are to be made via the loading dock and goods lift(lift B in WS2).
Passenger lifts may not be used for deliveries. Maximum vehicle height allowed is 4.1m Drivers are required to check prior to driving their vehicles into the building. No deliveries (other than hand held items) are to be made through the Plaza Level front doors. Trolleys are not permitted in these areas under any circumstances.
